Exotic birds, a thicket of leaves, and elegant blossoms accompany you on your way to the 1,100 m² completely redesigned wellness and relaxation area at Hotel “Schloss Seefels”. Unique places of rest have been created on two levels both inside and outside. Bright, friendly, extravagant, and inviting, it is shielded from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world. The historic rocks on which the Schloss was built blend into the rooms, giving a feeling of warm security, while a magnificent panoramic view of the lake, the Pyramidenkogel and the Karawanks mountains behind opens up before you. LIGHT DISPLAYS The colourful spring with ducks flying by, the sun- kissed summer with the jet setting lifestyle, the autumn with the mystical mist in the reeds, or the winter with the snowdrops on the jetty and the atmospheric Advent light. Each season has its own charm at the spa. The natural play of light from the Wörthersee is best observed from the relaxation room. Here there is plenty of space for leisure experiences. The loungers have character and sophisticated decorative elements. Steaming tea and small snacks are available at the water bar. In the morning the sun is reflected in the water, and in the evening twilight often conjures up bright pink red colours in the sky. HYDROPOWER In summer the windows can be pushed to the side. The beach with sunbathing lawn then connects with the spa area. The panorama sauna more than lives up to its name, offering a 180 degree view from Hochobir in the east to the Julian Alps in the west. All year round you can swim in the 28 degree heated lake pool within the Wörthersee or bubble in the whirlpool. The outdoor pool provides swimming pleasure from May to October. Towel service is, of course, included. ACTIVITY TIME If you want to do some sports you will be surprised by the amount of space at Hotel “Schloss Seefels”. The new gym with high quality fitness equipment, wall bars and various weights is spacious and flooded with light. Many a gym pales in comparison with the equipment here. Another plus is that no one interferes with the workout or looks on with curiosity. The spa and fitness areas are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The wall design in blue and green hues evokes memories of a California beach.
